The developers at EA too, are passionate about their games, and are just as pissed as we are when they can't do something because EA says no, or requests something gamebreaking such as loot boxes to be pushed in to making the game actually profitable. I'm sure some bigwhigs at Bethesda are the same way, plus they understand why modding is super important to the survival of their games.
